We built this schedule off of the wants and needs of our clients, so please speak up and let us know what works best for you. If the demand is high enough, we'll try our best to deliver!

Orange Crush
This high-energy, dynamic workout uses all the tools in the fitness industry (superbands, kettlebells, pulley systems, free weights, etc) to whip you into shape! This ever-changing workout is creative and different, and it's basically a free-for-all in terms of what you'll do - strength, cardio, core, agility, plyometrics - anything you can imagine! All fitness levels welcome to come and get some of this Orange Crush!
Push 'n' Pull
We're going old-school in this workout. Build strength, gain power and tone muscle through a tried-and-true strength training approach. This challenging session will help you develop functional strength to shape your body while making it easier to do everything from lifting your kid out of the car to helping your friend move to hitting that golf ball down the fairway. All fitness levels are welcome to feel the burn!
Kettlebell Throwdown
This total-body workout uses kettlebells to increase power, strength, and endurance. A kettlebell's center of mass is extended beyond the hand, allowing for a wide variety of ballistic and swinging movements, and forcing the exerciser to balance and stabilize the weight of the kettlebell. This workout is built to improve functional strength and activates multiple muscle groups through a wide range of motion. These workouts are led by trainers who are certified in kettlebell instruction. Some experience with kettlebells is encouraged, but we are also happy to (and would prefer to) teach the basics to any beginners!
Recess
Remember how much fun recess was as a kid? This dynamic cardiovascular and strength class focuses on improving your body's balance, agility and function while boosting endurance, burning fat and tightening up. All fitness levels welcome to come and play!
Orange Heat
This power-packed workout combines high intensity cardio with ab- and core-focused exercises.
