As someone who enjoys a variety of fitness pastimes, he believes that physical activity through multiple facets Is one of the keys to a healthy person. Casey Tiesman, BS, USAW-L1 - Personal Trainer.

After serving 5 honorable years in the United States Marine Corps, which included 3 tours to the Middle East, Casey decided he wanted to accomplish more. In pursuing a college degree, he wanted to combine two things he loved: fitness and the human body. He earned his degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago in May 2012. Knowing that each individual’s body and abilities are different, he strives to incorporate a range of training styles and modalities in order to tailor each session to meet their needs. Casey's personal interests include Olympic lifting, powerlifting, functional training, Tabata, and participating in endurance obstacle races such as the Tough Mudder. His motto for successful training is that “Individuals need to develop realistic short- and long-term goals that are matched with a high level of commitment and hard work in order to achieve a physical and emotional change in themselves.”
